Promise
It
is my goal to remain successful in real estate by providing service that exceeds
your expectations. To me, that is the best way to achieve long-term
success, as the very best advertising that I can obtain are the words of a
satisfied client. I am happy to be associated with Mountain Fever Real
Estate, where the agency owner feels as I do about customer service.

Below are a few of the core
principles that I feel are major components of providing superior service to my
clients:
Obedience

I promise to listen carefully when you describe your needs, and ask questions as
necessary to fully understand your needs and desires for a property. I
will then select only
apparently suitable properties, regardless of price (respecting of course your
instructions in that
regard) or which agency holds the listing.
Responsiveness

I promise to remain available to my clients. Once we have established a
working relationship, my clients are provided with my cell phone number. In
the rare event that I
am not able to answer my cell phone, I promise to return calls promptly. Clients
are also
provided a special email address that I use solely for client communications.
Honesty
-
I promise to answer your questions as honestly as I can, which includes replying
"I
don't know" when that is the honest answer. If I don't know the
answer, I'll get it.
It is my firm
belief that every client deserves the best service I can provide, no matter how
expensive or inexpensive the property is they're planning to buy or sell.
I therefore
promise to do my very best to assist you honestly, ethically, and competently
with
your real estate needs.
