What Paul's Clients Say

If I tell you that I'm more interested in your satisfaction than the size of my commission check,

I would not blame you if you viewed that statement with some skepticism.

Please take a moment to read below what some of my clients have said about working with me.

"Thank you very much for your report on the Crestview Pointe lot. It is excellently done -  an example of  professional handling of a real estate inquiry...."
Best regards
Wolf Theuermeister

Wolf contacted me to find out what a lot he owns in the area might be worth.

We're now in the process of listing his lot for sale

Dear Paul,

Laura and I wanted to thank you again for helping us to turn a dream into a reality. While my family has always enjoyed vacationing in the North Carolina, Laura and I have always dreamed of owning our own mountain vacation home.  Even though we investigated the possibilities on previous trips, your hard work, and ability to locate properties based upon our criteria allowed us to find our mountain gem in a limited amount of time.  In addition, you gave us a thorough understanding of the possibilities available in the local real estate market, which allowed us to make an informed decision.

Of course locating the cabin was only the beginning of the process and arranging the purchase from over 800 miles away could have made the process more challenging.   However, your assistance was invaluable and made the process as easy as if we were closing on a home in our own town.

We believe we were fortunate to have you as our buyer’s agent and will definitely recommend you to friends and acquaintances who are looking to find their own mountain dream.

We look forward to seeing you on our future trips to the mountains.

Kind regards,

Geoff Monsalvatge

Geoff and Laura's "Mountain Gem" is a log home in Hills of Cataloochee.

When they're not staying there, they enjoy significant income from the

operation of their property as a vacation rental.

Glenn (retired Air Force) and I (potter) had been looking for mountain land for 7 years before coming to Maggie Valley. We had even hunted for land in the Rockies, but the charm of Maggie Valley finally said "home".

On our second trip through the area, we decided to find a realtor, just to do a little research. The first realtor didn't have the time to spend with us. We then made a cold call and found Paul. What a find! We told him we wanted space to hunt on our own. He made a list of properties that fit our search criteria, pulled out a map and pinpointed each location. After all that work, it would be easy for him to push to go with us (how would he know that we'd return to him?), but Paul let us go. Well, we DID return.. we found lots that were ALMOST but not quite right. We told him which properties we DID like and views we wanted, and then left for Maryland. Within a week, Paul was sending us photos of places he'd scoped out for us. Within a few months, we'd found a piece of land that was just right for us!

For most realtors, that would be the end (we haven't seen our Maryland realtor since closing 5 years ago!). Paul, however, has stayed involved. This past spring, he helped us make a deal between the developer and us for an easement road. Even though our land is not land locked, we were offered a right of way on the neighboring property. Paul helped us in so many ways with this deal. Just recently, he met with us and went to the property to walk it with an excavator. Paul realizes how difficult it is for us, not being local, to get quotes. He wanted to walk the land and hear, first hand, our plans for its development. Now he is actively helping us to get those quotes. This is BY FAR more to EVER expect for a "normal" realtor. Paul isn't normal... he's extra special! We were so fortunate to find him that day with a cold call... makes you think of Devine providence, doesn't it?

-Glenn and Kathryn Learn, Maryland

Glenn and Kathryn purchased a beautiful lot in Utah Mountain Estates

In a few years, when Glenn is ready to retire, they will have a beautiful

spot to build a home on.

Paul Yeager was extremely helpful in finding our new home in WNC. My wife Tammy and I moved here with a new Job in Canton, NC. and had only 90 days to find a new home. Paul worked diligently and was flexible to our needs for a new home. Our needs changed as our search progressed and Paul stayed focused on what we were looking for. We are now settled in our new home and very thankful to Paul for all of his help.

-Bob Davis, Canton NC

Bob and Tammy had 90 days to find, buy, and move into a new home.

One of the significant challenges was to find a home in their price range

that included a room large enough for a pool table.

PAUL HAS BEEN MY REALTOR IN THE WAYNESVILLE AREA FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS, AND HE HAS ALWAYS GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. WE WERE LOOKING FOR PROPERTY WITH A CREEK AND VIEWS AND ACREAGE , WELL THAT'S A TALL BILL TO FILL, BUT PAUL FOUND IT AND IT WAS SOMETHING THAT WE COULD PUT NOT JUST ONE CABIN BUT SEVERAL. I APPRECIATE YOU PAUL FROM ONE REALTOR TO ANOTHER. THANKS!

-Brenda Patton, Eustis FL

I helped Brenda and Gary find 4.1 acres on a bold creek just outside Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

May I have the honor of assisting you with your next real estate purchase or sale?
